TVS launched the Ntorq 125 in the Karnataka market yesterday, the Valentine’s day. The Ntorq is billed as India’s first connected scooter.
The 125 cc scooter has a couple of unique selling points, the first one being its stealth aircraft-inspired design. The second one is, of course, the SmartXonnect instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, navigation assist, caller ID, last parked location assist and so on.
The 125 cc single-cylinder engine produces 6.9 kW (9.4 metric hp) at 7,500 rpm and 10.5 Nm (7.8 lb-ft) of torque at 5,500 rpm, paired with a CVT.
Watch the video embedded above and check out the scooter. The Ntorq is manufactured at the TVS plant in Mysore, Karnataka. Karnataka ex-showroom price is Rs 61,450.
