Skoda has announced that the world premiere of the updated Fabia will take place at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, in March.
The new model gets Bohemian crystal glass-inspired LED headlamps and sharp lines which are a major part of Skoda’s latest design language. For the first time, LED tail lamps are available for this model.
Not much information is available at the moment, but Skoda said that the revised Fabia will also feature new “Simply Clever” features.
Since 1999, over 4 million units of the Fabia have been sold worldwide, with the current third generation alone accumulating sales in excess of the 500,000 mark.
However, the Fabia didn’t do well in the Indian market and Skoda had discontinue the model in the country few years ago. With the new Rapid and Octavia doing good numbers for the brand, Skoda might try again with the new Fabia.
