As reported two days ago, Ford is gearing up to launch the EcoSport Storm in Brazil, and now the spy images have surfaced online. These images showcase the changes in a much better way.
The vehicle gets body cladding all around, and a bold ‘Storm’ grille up front. There are some tasteful black treatment including the alloy wheels. The Storm also gets a sunroof.
In one of the images here, which showcases the rear-end, we can see the ‘4WD’ badging as well.
Interiors get body-colored accents and ‘Storm’ branded seats.
The EcoSport Storm is expected to be powered by a 2.0 Flexfuel engine (Gasoline/Ethanol), producing 170 hp and 202 Nm with Gasoline, and 176 hp and 221 Nm with Ethanol. The engine is paired to a 6-Speed automatic transmission sending power to the all four wheels.
EcoSport has a lot of fan following in India, and Ford might have a potential winner if the Storm 4WD is launched here too.
