Bajaj Auto has launched the Dominar 400 “2018 Edition”, priced at Rs 142,108 for the standard variant and Rs 156,270 for the ABS variant. Both prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
The 2018 Edition comes in 3 new colors – Rock Matte Black, Canyon Red and Glacier Blue. Another visual highlight are the Gold Dust alloy wheels. The visual upgrades are apparently inspired by the terrains the bike conquered.
In the Trans-Siberian Odyssey, three Dominars covered 15,600 km across 6 countries in 53 days, with no breakdown or part change.
There are no mechanical changes, the Dominar 400 is powered by a 373.3 cc fuel-injected, liquid-cooled engine with Bajaj’s patented triple spark technology, producing 35 PS (34.5 bhp) @ 8,000 rpm and 35 Nm of torque @ 6,500 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle features a slipper clutch.
The Dominar 400 was originally launched in India in December 2016.
