Tata Motors has launched a limited edition Hexa called Hexa Downtown, with prices starting at Rs 12.18 lakh ex-showroom, Delhi. The company claims to have added 15 new features to the model.
The Hexa Downtown is available in two packages – the Absolute Pack and the Indulge pack. Features of this new model include a new Urban Bronze color, Downtown badging, chrome accessories, premium tan seat covers, wireless charger, 10.1-inch Blaupunkt rear seat entertainment, heads-up display with Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, and a new 16-inch diamond cut alloy wheels.
Mayank Pareek, President, PVBU, Tata Motors, said: “The Hexa has caught the imagination of the country with its distinctive on-road and off-road capabilities. It has completely changed the face of Tata Motors and witnessed a strong traction in the market.”
No mechanical changes on the Downtown edition. The Hexa is offered with 2.2-litre 150 PS Varicor 320 or 156 PS Varicor 400 engines, with 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic options. The XT trim gets an optional AWD system (6-speed manual only). The crossover was launched in January 2017.
