BMW has launched the 330i Gran Turismo M Sport in India recently, priced at Rs 49.40 lakh ex-showroom, Pan India.
The 3 Series Gran Tursimo is now available in one diesel variant – 320d Gran Turismo Luxury Line, and two petrol variants – 330i Gran Turismo Luxury Line and 330i Gran Turismo M Sport Edition.
The M Sport brings visual upgrades, which includes M aerodynamic package, 18-inch M star spoke alloy wheels and M badging on the front side panels. The front gets bolder kidney grille slats in high-gloss black, and tailpipe finisher in high-gloss chrome. Key fob gets the M strip design too.
The interior creates an M Sport ambience as well with sport seats for driver and passenger, M leather steering wheel, headliner in Anthracite and the M door sill finishers. BMW Head-Up display is standard.
Powering the 330i Gran Turismo M Sport is a 2.0 TwinPower Turbo petrol engine, producing 252 PS @ 5,200 rpm and a peak torque of 350 Nm @ 1,450 – 4,800 rpm. The engine is paired to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission with paddle shifters. There are four different driving modes on offer – Comfort, ECO PRO, Sport, Sport+.
0-100 km/h acceleration happens in 6.1 seconds. Fuel efficiency is claimed at 15.34 km/l.
Safety package of the new GT comprises of 6 airbags, ABS, Brake Assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Side-impact Protection, ISOFIX child seat mounting, Run-flat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor.
Other key features include an 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment with 3D maps navigation, BMW apps, Park Distance Control (PDC), and multiple connectivity options.
