The 4th generation Suzuki Swift which was unveiled last year in December, has landed in India for the first time.
But before you get excited, do note that the new Swift is not going to be in the Indian market this year. MSIL probably might have imported the car for testing purposes or maybe even for the 2018 Auto Expo. The imported variant sports a ‘Hybrid’ badge on the fender and on the hatch door, indicating that this is a full hybrid variant packing a 1.2-litre petrol engine with a 10 kW electric motor. More on the Swift Hybrid here.
There is also a 110 hp 1.0-litre 3-cylinder petrol on offer as well.
