The Hyundai Creta facelift (sold has ix25) has been unveiled at the 2017 Chengdu Motor Show in China, and is priced at 109,800 Yuan (Rs 10.57 lakh). The ix25 facelift gives us an idea of what the India-spec model update could look like.
The front has been given a more aggressive look with larger hexagonal grille and reworked headlamp clusters. The eye-catching part is of course the redesigned bumper, which houses the fog lamps and LED DRLs.
While the side profile has been largely retained, there are reworked tail lamps and a resigned bumper with dual tail pipes at the rear. Notice the new set of alloy wheels.
There seems to be not much changes on the interiors except some body-colored accents and contrast stitching.
The iX25 is offered with 123 hp 1.6-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 138 hp 1.4-litre turbo petrol units. As for the transmission, the 1.6 gets 6-speed manual or 6-speed auto, while the 1.4 gets 7-speed DCT.
