BMW India has launched the locally-assembled 7th generation 5 Series at Rs 49.90 lakh, ex-showroom (post GST). The new 5 Series is available in four variants in India, and the ex-showroom prices are listed below.

Features
The new generation model weighs 100 kg less than its predecessor, and its aerodynamic lines result in a drag coefficient of just 0.22 Cd. Exterior features include adaptive LED headlamps, LED fog lamps, and LED tail lamps.
On the inside, there is a head-up display, digital instrument cluster, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, iDrive touch controller, quad-zone climate control, and several BMW ConnectedDrive features. Safety kit includes Lane Change and Lane Keeping assist, active side collision protection, crossing traffic warning, Steering and Lane Control Assistant up to 210 km/h and many more.
