French carmaker Renault tasted a huge success with its Kwid hatchback in India, and recently launched 1.0 variant is well received too. The car has helped Renault establish strong roots in the country. India is now on the 7th position for the company in terms of global sales ranking for the year 2016, whereas it was on 18th position a year ago.

Pumped with all the success, Renault is all set to launch the AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) variant of Kwid soon, possibly on November 7th, and has been taking the details of the interested customers on its website.
The AMT is expected only with the newly launched Kwid 1.0 variant.
