Mahindra & Mahindra is working on building world’s most affordable electric SUV, reports ETAuto. Codenamed S107, it is going to be a compact SUV, and most likely to be based on the KUV. The idea is to combine Mahindra’s SUV expertise with Reva’s electric car technology.
Mahindra & Mahindra’s Chief Executive for Automotive Pravin Shah has reportedly said that the company is considering electrification of its KUV model, but the plans are yet to be finalized. So whether the said electric car will be based on KUV, or is it an entirely new model is still unclear.
