Maruti Suzuki, India’s largest car maker is getting ready to launch a refreshed version of its entry level hatchback, the Alto 800, hoping to take back the crown, it once held. Looking at the exterior spyshots, the changes seem to be subtle.
The changes are mainly on the front fascia, where the hexagonal air dam is now upside down and the grille is narrower. There are fog lamp housings on the bumper, which suggests the top end trims might get them. Note that the current Alto 800 has no provision for fog lamps. The turn signals on the headlights get amber shade à la old K10.
