Royal Enfield has launched the Classic 350 Signals Edition at Rs 1.62 lakh ex-showroom, Pune. The bike comes with Indian Armed Forces inspired theme and for the first time, dual-channel ABS.
There are two paint schemes to choose from – Airborne Blue and Stormrider Sand. The latter is inspired by the army at border terrains and desert outposts. Except the body panels, rest of the bike including the wheels are finished in Black. Options list includes a Flyscreen, Canvas Panniers and Engine Guard.
The bike is powered by a 346 cc single-cylinder air cooled engine which produces 19.8 bhp @ 5250 rpm and 28 Nm of torque @ 4,000 rpm, paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
Front suspension is a 35 mm fork while the rear is twin gas charged shock absorbers with 5-step preload adjustability. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes measuring 280 mm with 2-piston caliper at front and 240 mm with single-piston caliper at the rear. Dual-channel ABS is standard.
