Ducati has launched the Scrambler Tribute 1100 Pro in India, priced at INR 12.89 lakh, ex-showroom, Pan India. The motorcycle pays a 50th-anniversary homage to the air-cooled twin-cylinder engine first introduced on a Ducati in 1971.
The Scrambler Tribute 1100 Pro is finished in a head-turning Giallo Ocra livery, which was used on the twin-cylinder 450 Desmo Mono and 750 Sport of 1972. Complementing the paint finish is a ’70s Ducati logo designed by Giugiaro. Black spoked wheels (18-inch at the front and 17-inch at the rear) and circular rear-view mirrors are some of the other highlights.
Other key highlights of the Scrambler Tribute 1100 Pro include Marzocchi fully adjustable 45 mm usd fork at the front, adjustable Kayaba monoshock at the rear, 320 mm semi-floating discs at the front with Brembo Monobloc M4.32 4-piston calipers, and Bosch Cornering ABS.
The 1,079 cc L-Twin engine offers 63 kW (86 metric hp) at 7,500 rpm and 88 Nm (65 lb-ft) of torque at 4,750 rpm. The engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch
