So, what’s new on the exterior? That’s a good question. Well, the obvious one is the new Kia logo on the front grille and on the tailgate and, that’s pretty much it. The Nightfall package makes everything black, except for the Kia logos. Other exterior features include LED projector headlights, LED front fog lights, LED taillights, dual sunroof, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the dual-zone automatic temperature control which is standard on the 2021 EX and SX trims, is now offered on the LX and S lower trims as well. A larger 10.25-inch central touchscreen and the Highway Driving Assist are also being offered on the LX and S trims. Also, all trims get navigation-based Smart Cruise Control with Curve function.
No mechanical changes. The Telluride is powered by a 3.8-litre (3,778 cc) V6 naturally aspirated petrol engine that pumps out 217 kW (295 hp) at 6,000 rpm and 355 Nm (262 lb-ft) of torque at 5,200 rpm. An 8-speed automatic gearbox drives the front wheels as standard; an AWD system is optional.
