Bentley Motors is entering the real estate business with the first-ever Bentley-branded luxury residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. The British luxury marque has partnered with Dezer Development, the same company that developed the Porsche Design Tower in Miami. The project will be Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) compliant.
The 60-story tower will offer more than 200 luxury residences with features including an in-unit multi-car garage, unique ocean and bayside views in every flat, a pool, sauna and an outdoor shower. The apartment interiors will contain sustainably sourced materials and finishes that create a calming palate, Bentley said. Amenities in the tower will include a gym, spa, whisky bar and a restaurant.
Construction will begin in early 2023 and is expected to be completed by 2026.
